Please note that credit card payments for NOVATRON AE are collected by REGIONDO GmbH, Mühldorfstraße 8, 81671 München, Germany (“REGIONDO”). Therefore, REGIONDO will appear as ATHENIAN TOURS on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by REGIONDO.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For any tour, Athenian tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries if the route of the tour is disrupted by events beyond our control, such as failures in the public transport system or state visits in central Athens leading to road closures; or any other unforeseeable event.
PAYMENT
Prices for tours paid in advance are binding once the purchase is complete. Tour prices include mandatory value added tax. There is no extra charge to the client for using the internet to pay for tours in advance. Athenian tours reserves the right to change prices for any of its services at any time, but tickets purchased through the website prior to any changes are unaffected and remain valid. In the event that prices are lowered, there is no entitlement to a refund for the difference in price.
For any of the tours purchased through www.atheniantours.gr, prices do not include the clients’ public transport costs if these are incurred. In the case of a booking purchase, an email is sent by Athenian tours to the client that contains a ticket for each participant in the tour with information about the day and time that the tour starts, the name of each participant, the price of the ticket and the terms and conditions as well as a receipt for the payment of the tour.
For all tours, full payment is required in advance. Prices include the cost of the guide, entrance fees and, in the case of motorized or bus tours, all costs relating to the vehicle. Other costs, such as refreshments, public transport, etc. are not included in the price. Prior the activity, Athenian tours may e-mail the client to confirm the tour, the meeting point, and give other relevant and useful information.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
All of our tours run in all weather conditions. In the extremely unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by Athenian tours, a full refund is payable to the client.
If Athenian tours receives notice in writing more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour for which tour tickets have been bought, Athenian tours can reschedule tickets for a later tour with no additional charge.
Athenian tours offers 100% refund if the booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the activity’s start time in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
If, unexpectedly, on the day of the tour unforeseen events make the completion of the tour impossible (for example a tour guide’s sickness or a strike of the employees at Acropolis or the Museum etc), Athenian tours will consult with the client and do everything possible to provide an alternative solution.
If a satisfactory alternative solution cannot be found or agreed upon, then either Athenian tours or the client may cancel the tour. In the event that a tour is canceled for any of the above reasons, Athenian tours shall refund the full amount paid by the customer for the tour.
DATA PRIVACY PROTECTION
Athenian tours would like to point out that private data that is necessary for business transactions will be processed and saved accordingly. Athenian Tours will not however pass on
this data to others.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Greek law applies. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Athens court of law.
